About Paul Joseph

My work investigates the creation of space by exploring the relationship between form and functionality, and my fascination for art and science has inspired my passion for architecture. My inclination is towards a responsive, tectonic architecture that focuses on design with its impact on society, context, and users parallel to aesthetics. I am very interested in architecture that explores new design typologies through spatial quality and materiality, understanding what already exists while exploring new forms of architecture, along with nature, people, and user experience at the core of all design. Increased computation capabilities have pushed my understanding of architecture as a relationship of objects into a new domain of spatial complexity, materiality, structure, and aesthetics so to create heterogeneous space.
