About Paul Judd

I am a PACFA registered counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and families. My clinical focus area is supporting clients with a history of complex trauma, victims of domestic violence and clients who themselves are offenders. My approach to counselling is humanistic with an emphasis on personal responsibility, freedom of choice and self-mastery. I take a holistic approach toward the assessment and treatment of mental health issues and favour working systemically using narrative based forms of therapy wherever possible. I am experienced in providing culturally safe psychological services and building strong therapeutic working relationships with First Nations clients. This includes NDIS clients with intellectual disabilities, clients of the Department of Communities and the Department of Justice.
