Collaborating closely with clients, he helps them develop turn-key competitive intelligence programs. His influence with clients ranges from organizations with no in-house competitive intelligence resources to global organizations with large, decentralized market and competitive intelligence departments. He has led the development of competitive drug pipeline tracking in the pharmaceutical space, market intelligence-fueled thought leadership programs for law firm business development, and outsourced directed research engagements that tie-in directly to internal strategic imperatives. Paul has also led a number of client facing marketing initiatives, ranging from a website redesign, to the direction and production of promotional videos, to the planning and execution of conference sponsorships and speaking engagements. Prior to this, he served the agency as a competitive intelligence analyst, where he served global organizations across several different industry verticals.
