About Paul Keegan

I was happily writing long cover articles for the nation’s most prestigious publications – The New York Times Magazine, Esquire, GQ, Outside, Fortune – when the internet and the Great Recession blew up the print magazine business. So I sought out inspiring leaders to help them tell their stories in a new, fragmented media environment – books from major publishing houses, viral online articles, blog posts, podcasts, video scripts, and more – all while continuing to work as a journalist. Today, nobody has a corner on the truth and everyone has a right to be heard. I am here to tell stories, in all their many shades and colors, for a variety of clients in all forms of media. I’ve been fortunate to co-author critically praised books with three extraordinary leaders who make the world a better place: Kip Tindell, co-founder of The Container Store; Michael Dorf, founder and CEO of City Winery; and Daniel Lamarre, executive vice-chairman of Cirque du Soleil. Meanwhile, I continue to write for outlets such as Bloomberg Businessweek, Newsweek, and Inc, covering everything from a rancorous Mardi Gras float-building family to heated debates about working from home.
