About Paul Kezin

Growing up playing team sports I learned at an early age the value of respect, communication, integrity, and trust. I started my working career as sales associate, and worked my way through to senior executive roles in retail including several years’ leadership experience in Japan. This has further refined my inclusive leadership style, appreciating and understanding how to balance the varied needs of stakeholders across cultures and geographies. I am a listener, collaborator, and influencer; using these skills to bring brands to life, contribute to business expansion, and deliver results. I have always worked with integrity and transparency, since these qualities lead to an open culture and a safe environment for people to learn, grow, and perform. I consider myself an optimist with a growth mindset, believing that we can always do better even while celebrating success. My curiosity, determination, analytical, and solution oriented nature fuel my learning agility and are qualities that have helped me deliver results in each of my roles and will continue to feed both my career and personal growth.
