About Paul Knowles

I have spent most of my career in public sector, following private sector manufacturing beginnings. I was fortunate to have people management experience early in my career and have thrived on being able to support and lead large operational workforces.I have spent much time influencing government policy and service delivery by bringing lived experiences directly, or via connections, to the table and passionate advocate inclusion in the broadest sense.Large budgets and workforces have been the norm for me, and I continue to seek growth and expansion into new fields. I have spent much of my time providing service to supporting people in need and my desire is to move into fields that support communities to thrive.My personable style supports the delivery of good business and client outcomes. I am a storyteller, a listener, a corporate player and a committed member of the team.
