Whether leading, coaching or teaching, the reward you get by motivating and stimulating your teams and students, is seeing them grow, excel and go on to do bigger and better things in life and business.Doing what is right for your customers but also your colleagues alike, and leaving a warm imprint in the minds of those you have come into contact with throughout your career, is the professional goal I aspire towards.I have found that over the 20+ years' of Supply Chain Leadership, S & OP (to Class A level) and Demand Management experience, it is teamwork and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and partners, that are the most significantly rewarding aspects of Supply Chain Management.I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to recruit, lead and inspire, high calibre supply & demand planning associates and supply chain specialists throughout my career, a role that has been both stimulating and enjoyable. Working within a global cross-functional matrix organisation promotes autonomy and flexibility, and the need to challenge the status-quo by thinking regeneratively and with agility.
