About Paul Kroksmark

I am an experienced manager with a background in sourcing, procurement and supply chain, where I have been leading teams and working with all aspects of the relationships with suppliers, from scouting to signing of contracts, material supply, quality and performance management. The foundation in my leadership is team work, in trusting team members and their capabilities, and coaching them to achieve objectives and results. My ability to build trust also with suppliers and internal stakeholders, building strong and long-term relationships, is another success factor. Common feedback I get is that I take responsibility, is a reliable person, and that I have a good capacity to analyze and find solutions to problems. My understanding of the total situation and the relationships and dependencies between different company departments is also clearly appreciated. My different positions and the companies I have been working for, has given me unique and amazing opportunities to work with people from different countries and cultures in ever-changing organizations. Creating, leading and coaching teams in this environment is challenging, but also very encouraging and energizing.
