About Paul Kummer

After 5 years in public accounting and serving as tax manager at Arthur Young & Co, Paul ventured into the commercial and residential real estate markets as the CFO of two large privately owned companies in San Antonio. Quincy Lee Company was one of the area's largest commercial real estate developers building office/service and industrial warehouses. Paul served as the CFO and was responsible for securing financing or sales of each project totaling close to $100 million. In addition, he implemented tax-planning strategies for the company and its individual owners. Paul then served as CFO of Medallion Homes/Worth Enterprises. Medallion Homes was the largest privately owned homebuilder in San Antonio and Worth Enterprises was one of the largest residential lot developers in the area who sold lots to Medallion as well as other builders. Since then, Paul has owned and operated three national franchise fitness clubs called Koko FitClubs. He has literally helped hundreds of members lose weight, reduce medications, and drastically change their lives by becoming healthy and fit. Paul has recently joined Aventine Hill Partners as a consultant.
