Whether it was responding to Hurricane Katrina with a revolutionary green housing concept, steering and evolving nascent businesses through the tough economy, or raising millions of dollars for organizations and associations, Paul proved to be a successful senior organization executive with an exemplary record of building high-performance non-profit operations and leading organizations to substantial growth year over year - an exceptional record of execution and exceeding goals, giving organizations the resources to achieve their missions through effective fundraising, development of new revenue streams, and meeting expense and revenue targets. For Chapter 2, Paul recently earned his Juris Doctor degree at the age of 63, and currently serves as a real property tax litigator. On the home front, in Patrick County, VA, owing to his life-long, deep devotion to the animal world, Paul's personal efforts surround Windswept Farm and the rescue of abused sled dogs and horses.
