I personally emphasize a proactive approach to workers'​ compensation defense for both employers and insurance providers. We also participate with numerous local and regional organizations, e.g, National Safety Council, American Red Cross and Nebraska Self-Insured Association, and regularly present information on various workers'​ compensation topics to the public. Specialties: Evaluate and assist employers with their respective workers'​ compensation policies and enforcement of such policies. Provide training to supervisors and team management to help improve understanding of workers' compensation rules and procedures, current trends, and changes in the law.
