Mr. Leblond is an architectural professional with substantial experience in project management, design and construction administration for a variety of clients throughout much of the continental United States. With over 18 years of experience at Highland Associates, he has served integral roles throughout his tenure including hands-on design, supervisory, mentoring, directing and managing all the while maintaining and sustaining multiple ongoing projects at different phases from Project Initiation through Construction Administration. Professional services for these projects include Site Evaluation & Test Fits, Scope Analysis & Creation, Due Diligence Review, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Integrated Project Design, Prototype Development and Client Standards Development.His project portfolio places a heavy emphasis on Data Centers - Liquid Cooling Facilities, Wholesale, Enterprise, Colocation Suites, Hyperscale Campuses, Mission Critical & AI dedicated facilities which requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple (engineering) disciplines including designs for structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, fire suppression, plumbing, geotechnical, building management systems, security, acoustical, audio/visual and telecommunications. Since 2007, he has masterplanned over 100 Data Centers & Colocation Suites exceeding over SF typically includes all Infrastructure within the building and/or campus; areas located at adjacent Equipment Yards along with installations on the Roof Level. Ultimately, Mr. Leblond has successfully designed and constructed over 50 Data Centers & Colocation Suites totaling over SF. The various facets of design & construction for his involvement is comprised of Masterplanning, Due Diligence Reviews, Conceptual Design, Design Development, CD Production, BIM related 3-D Modeling & Rendering, Specification Books, Code Review & Permitting, General Contractor & Sub-contractor Bidding, Shop Drawing & Submittal Review, Field Observations, Punch List Walk-Throughs and Project Close-out.
