About Paul Lee

As the Enterprise Risk Management Transformation Lead, I oversee the consent order regulatory remediation efforts to operationalize the ERM framework, standardizing risk management processes for monitoring, reporting and escalation across the Bank. A common theme throughout each role includes assessing problems, developing strategies, and forming effective and engaged teams to drive the successful resolution of regulatory issues (Consent Order and MRAs) to meet regulatory expectations. I have successfully designed frameworks, instituted controls, addressed fraud prevention, strengthened performance, created efficiencies, and implemented strategic initiatives. Notably, I led and refined regulatory efforts, improved oversight and program quality assurance, and built the governance framework and policy for a $2B technology portfolio. I joined Citigroup as Vice President Financial Controller and have progressed from Senior Vice President Operational Risk, to Director-Fraud Prevention Capital Markets, Director, Program Governance and Business Performance, to Managing Director Enterprise Risk in my current role. As a coach, mentor, and team leader, I am proud that more than 30 of my former team members have earned promotions and leadership positions. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, and am a foodie exploring new restaurants.
