I am a creative and conscientious professional with 8+ years experience within the aviation and logistics industries. I am currently working in a team leadership role within the Compliance department of IAG Cargo (a division of the International Airline Group), developing initiatives and performance managing a team of aviation safety and security specialists. This helps enable the business to achieve compliance to regulators standards and minimise potential threats. In addition to this, I have a strong understanding of UK Health & Safety requirements, having recently completed the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and covering a variety of occupational responsibilities as part of my previous roles. Furthermore, I am a trained Lead Auditor and have used my Quality Assurance experiences in my current and previous roles to assess the quality of IAG Cargo's global supplier base, and have collaboratively worked with operational colleagues to identify and address areas of concern. Finally, I am proficient with data (particularly Excel) and have used this expertise to regularly provide informative and persuasive reporting that I have personally presented to stakeholders of varying seniorities across the business.
