As guild leader, Paul collaborates with writers on maintaining and enhancing standards and processes for technical documentation and information experience. He was part of a team that designed and implemented a next-generation documentation portal, docs.axway.com. Paul has broad experience as a writer and editor of technical documentation, business proposals and marketing collateral. He has been actively engaged in project planning, management and all facets of information management, including team organization, analysis, research, writing, editing and production. He has many years' experience in agile development environments. He has wide knowledge of applying tools, in multi-channel publishing, such as FrameMaker, Flare, WebWorks, RoboHelp, Acrobat Pro, Confluence, Zendesk, Jive, Tello.
