About Paul M.

As a project professional, I have worked across aviation, construction, engineering, health, IT, and mining. Additionally, I have worked in Government departments, startups, large consultancies, and contracting organizations. I've managed multiple stakeholders and prioritized projects to achieve broader objectives within marketing, contract management and administration, business case development, proposals, tender selection and analysis, engineering management, and project coordination. In addition, I have worked in complex situations under challenging circumstances in various geographical jurisdictions. I wanted to validate my years of experience in that space by obtaining PRINCE2 and PMP certifications. Recently, I have worked on smaller projects and am working toward my PRINCE2 Practitioner, Foundation, and Agile certifications and wanting to integrate my skills and re-enter the project world. A culture and people-oriented environment would be preferable as working in a team to achieve a project outcome is rewarding for me, and I appreciate the camaraderie it fosters.
