I have been involved with the oil and gas service industry in the Calgary market for over 20 years with the last 10 years at the manager/director level in the field of records, information and data management. During this time I have consistently demonstrated an expertise managing people, processes and technology through the successful completion of multiple projects as project manager and through general management of staff and business. I am described by managers, clients, subordinates and peers as a very approachable, interpersonal, detail oriented, analytical problem solver with excellent communication and team building skills. These skills have been reflected in my ability to successfully negotiate, plan, direct and complete small and large scale projects for a variety of national and multinational companies. In addition I have developed and cultivated strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels throughout various industries. I have a passion for developing people, be it coaching and mentoring staff or working with clients to identify and implement solutions that provide value for my organization and customers.
