About Paul Madruga

As an appraiser at Merced County for over eight years, I have developed and applied my valuation and assessment skills to various types of properties, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial. I have also collaborated with other appraisers ensure fair and accurate taxation and revenue generation for the county. In addition, I have leveraged my finance degree and my previous experience as a relationship banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. to provide excellent customer service, to property owners from diverse backgrounds and needs. I am fluent in English and nearly fluent Portuguese, and Spanish, which enables me to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. I am passionate about delivering quality work, learning new skills, and contributing to the public good.
