I am a professional offering a solid combination of instruction, organization, project management, and strategy planning experience. Throughout my extensive career history, I have developed businesses, managed concepts, consulted stakeholders, and budgeted for multiple projects. I have refined my skills to improve culture and create plans, processes and systems for projects like curriculum development, sustainability, and adult learning for over 20 years in my position as an associate professor. During this journey, I have enhanced my expertise in adult learning strategies while collaborating with peers and adminstration to deliver a curriculum that challenges future professionals. I have a passion for connecting people with a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. For years, I have managed a variety of businesses while exploring mindfulness and recently becoming a certified yoga instructor. What this experience has shown me is that I am most in my element when I work with people to create successful relationships that benefit employees and clients. I have found that successful businesses can create a synergy that highlights the unique strengths of each team member.
