About Paul Mariner

A good leader is someone people want to follow…not someone they have to. Throughout my life I’ve aspired to live up to this philosophy, believing that leadership is something that is earned, not demanded. I quickly learned that to achieve success in life or in work, I had to put people in a position to succeed. This meant removing roadblocks and inhibitors to their success and having the technical acumen necessary to provide clarity and direction to complex situations. As such, this philosophy drives my leadership style and has enabled me to lead high performance and motivated teams. This approach has allowed me to work effectively with peers, clients, external partners and senior management through the trust, credibility, and integrity I bring to my work. My goal is simple…build relationships, communicate and listen effectively, collaborate towards shared successes and adjust my leadership style to the emotional quotient of often very diverse individuals. I am a critical thinker and self-starter with proven experience driving change through to completion. My attention to detail, collaboration and customer orientation have allowed organizations to depend on my ability to successfully deliver on organizational goals.
