I serve as a partner and advisor to management on key organisational and management issues for the technology division, including Cyber Security, Engineering, Product, Data and Architecture. I am passionate about finding top talent and helping organisations thrive. I lead cyber security talent acquisition for News Corp across USA, EMEA, and APAC regions, adapting strategies to meet diverse market needs and align with business objectives. I also manage global talent acquisition efforts for Storyful, a News Corp subsidiary, across various functions. I am committed to encouraging the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and driving continuous improvement in HR processes. I hold CIPD and ARLA certifications and have a strong expertise in recruiting, hiring, and IT security operations.
