About Paul Mathon

Saying that I do my best, I analyze, I'm close to my customers and teams, I am trying to make the best of all of them every day would of course be true. But not only: my main goal is to understand the real needs, requests, and wishes of my customers as my teammate, to 1) Analyze, and 2) ACT! And this can be related to all your daily situations. This is what I could say about myself: I rather prefer to analyze than go straight to something that I am not comfortable with (depending on the situation of course;)) I learned this thanks to my 4 years of experience at B2C Europe as an Account Manager, and now, Sales Manager. Sales is the best experience by far! Not for the offensive position that you can first look at, but more by the fact that you meet great and intelligent people, who help you without being aware of developing yourself as a person, to look at new opportunities, new markets, trends. Selling every day the product that you know by heart is not fun at all. But adapting your products to the requests of the market is so great!
