Sales have been part of my life for a very long time. Not only I enjoy all aspects of it from beginning to end, but I am very good at it too. Having the capability of building solid, long-term relationships based on trust, has been key. This is something I put into practice with clients but also with teammates. I believe generating those meaningful connections produce more effective results and make work more pleasant and fun. I use humor and a stable presence to give the client a sense that I care, guiding them to the best possible outcome. Nonetheless, I am also an objective problem solver, able to calmly find solutions to challenges that may arise. My strong background in account management has provided me with superior negotiating skills, as well as the ability to thoroughly explain product or service features that will support customer satisfaction. I possess a diverse expertise background that goes from technology to scuba diving. This last one is one of my passions and for which I have been awarded Elite Professional Level for many consecutive years. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to execute as a travel consultant and have a deep interest in continuing this line of work which allows me to serve such a varied audience. Performing at a company that fits with my style and philosophy is something I always look forward to.
