About Paul McCool

My career path has been quite diverse, but one thing that's always been a constant is my love for helping people. Looking back, I've found that my greatest accomplishments have been when I've been able to assist someone in achieving their goals or seeing them grow and develop. However, some of my past positions have been a real challenge in this regard, and it felt like I was climbing uphill. I didn't realize just how much I could impact people's lives until I found my calling as a recruiter at the Reserves Network. I get so energized when building relationships with people and helping them take their next step to succeed. It's extremely fulfilling to be able to offer guidance and support to people as they reach for their career goals.
