I am a dedicated leader and manager who likes to add value and positively drive and contribute to the tasks and challenges at hand. I've had a vast variety of exposure to different industries, business sizes and management styles. Each role has taught me many and varied skill sets broadening my knowledge and ability to add value. I have specialised in Sales for most of my career but have always been actively involved in Operations, Warehousing and Marketing in those roles. I've managed Distributors, Agents, Sales and Operations Staff, Projects, 3rd Party Contractors, multi-site Retail Outlets and Warehouses. Sales is my true passion! Customer service is everything. If they have a need and we have the solution then closing and delivering on that opportunity is where I am in my element. I like to be seen as the "go to" person, someone you can trust and rely on for problem solving, information, service, advice, motivation, direction and a decision. It's time to find that perfect role. For me that means being part of a crack team, managing, selling and delivering a quality product or service that aligns with an equally passionate and proactive, forward thinking Board, Owner or Manager. Whether I am managing myself or others my commitment is second to none.
