Most recently I have led the delivery of digital enhancements to SRO systems which enable all Victorian property transfers to be completed electronically. Utilising superior stakeholder engagement skills across Government, peak body industry associations and the private sector to drive digital change. My leadership of this delivery extends upon the development and implementation of the SRO's Digital Duties Form which compressed 17 paper based duties forms into one electronic digital interface for property settlements. This project created significant efficiencies and is a savings for vendors, purchasers and practitioners of $130 million over 10 years in red tape.
