Clientele: Adults, Adolescents, Couples, Families Paul has worked in talking therapy and mental health since 1992 in England, Scotland and Western Australia, and now combines dual registration as a Psychologist and Mental Health Nurse. This extensive experience makes him comfortable with clients from all backgrounds, age groups and genders. Paul has a particular insight to the barriers that adolescent and adult males experience in counselling or psychotherapy. Paul’s personal conviction is that listening and understanding are extremely potent therapeutic tools that client and therapist can use to resolve or mitigate seemingly intractable problems or situations. Rather than list a collection of maladies, Paul deals with people as well as problems, giving central prominence to the therapeutic relationship as the best vehicle to deliver evidence-based interventions.
