Bio Paul joined Parkbridge in April 2015 as Regional Manager of Home Construction, controlling an annual budget in excess of $20M. He was responsible for the planning and approvals processes of all home products and Capital projects across many Parkbridge properties in the Province of Ontario. Key functions include initial design, budgeting, cost control, Tarion home warranty, Sales coordination and construction. While Paul has been at Parkbridge, he has expanded the workforce of the Home Construction, Capital projects & Warranty department and directed the Parkbridge team in obtaining status as an official Energy Star builder, successfully constructing the first Parkbridge Energy star home in 2017. At the 2017 Parkbridge Academy, Paul received the prestigious award “bcIMC Award” which is presented to a Parkbridge employee who has made an outstanding contribution to the objectives and values of the company relating to Responsible Property Investment including the environmental and social effects (affordability, accessibility, sustainability and independent living for seniors) of Parkbridge properties.
