I have been recognized for having exceptional communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. I am both a natural leader and a strong team contributor who is committed to promoting collaboration and inclusion in the workplace for a total of 16 years with HR/TA teams on creating solutions for the workplace. “He is a fierce and knowledgeable advocate for the entire disability and inclusive community and consistently went above and beyond to spread awareness, train folks, and create action plans for inclusion of people with disabilities. I have effectively collaborated with a wide range of employees, senior managers, HR/TA teams and facilities on strategic planning and improvement initiatives. I have created presentation content for HR, TA and Managers and successfully established three Employment Resource Groups (ERG). I am a proud recipient of various Inclusion awards across multiple companies given by the HR and Management teams.
