Mr. Becker has worked with both large and small organizations with 85 employees to 1500 employees, 24 hour operations, multi-state field operations, as well as public governmental agencies. Mr. Becker has held the position of HR Consultant providing senior level HR expertise, advice, and best practices to small and medium size companies located throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties. Mr. Becker has also participated as a subject matter expert in a capacity of classroom instructor teaching other human resources professionals as they prepare to undergo their own PHR/SPHR certification testing. Mr. Becker is also a proud and skilled Naval Veteran. Mr. Becker loves being an educator, an influencer, and a legal spokesperson for the corporation. He enjoys thinking in legal terms of risk and corporate liability often when others do not. He has often received praise for being the calm one in the room, taking in the big picture, analyzing it, and producing a viable solution.
