About Paul Mills

Accomplished insurance and financial services professional. I have a strong track record in the settlement of personal injury claims and the successful investigation and repudiation of fraudulent motor and liability insurance claims in both the UK and Irish jurisdictions. I also have an excellent understanding of the client onboarding and KYC/AML due diligence processes. My passion is fraud investigation and research. I have a methodical and logical approach to my work, which is evident within my efficient turnaround times and ability to meet tight deadlines. I have completed multiple courses in relation to fraud investigation, AML and interview techniques, and have also attended several teleconferences to present my research into the investigation of several active insurance fraud rings, which has led to the successful repudiation of multiple claims. I have also successfully mentored colleagues in the various methods and techniques of fraud investigation. I hold a BA Honours degree in Business & Spanish, as well as the Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification.
