About Paul Minnock

Paul has strong experience across the energy industry. He is experienced in strategy formulation and execution advisory roles. Delivery focused, he has proven versatility across delivery and operations including project/program and portfolio management, IT Transformation, executive change and communications management. Paul has designed, developed and rolled out new Operating Models. He has also developed new utility businesses from concept through to launch and operations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Dublin City University, a HDip in IT and Business from University College Dublin and an Executive MBA from RMIT. Strategy formulation Paul worked within the IT strategy function of Bank of Ireland for 5 years. He worked on strategic initiatives including a major cost transformation initiative. Process Management (Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma) Paul combines an in-depth knowledge of project management discipline with a knowledge and applicability experience of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Utilities/Retail Energy Paul has had significant experience of working within Utilities. Paul’s particular area of expertise is in developing strategic solutions for Retail Energy and Network Distributors. PMO/Program Management (PMP) Paul is familiar with establishing PMO or program management capabilities. He developed a consistent methodology for project management in Bank of Ireland.
