Paul is a Technical Director with over 20 years' experience in delivering digital, data, information management and GIS solutions in the water, environment and energy sectors. He is Binnies Information Management Technical Authority and leads the Digital, IT and Software Business Function. Paul provides advisory, technical delivery and expert solutions in digital, GIS, BIM, information and data management, leading teams to delivery complex environmental solution in the water and energy sectors.
