About Paul Morgan

My 23 years of career experience has placed me in an extremely wide range of workforce environments. I have served on the Training staff at Dow Corning, GE GAPS, ZURICH, GRC, Paragon Risk Engineering and AIG. I have developed and presented training programs to classes both large and small. I have trained other engineers to do HPR risk engineering. I also trained clients on many risk engineering topics. Additionally, I have trained classes made up of students for all of which, English was a second language. This requires a higher level of communication skill to overcome the language barrier and I am better for having had those experiences. I have examined facilities from residential, industrial manufacturing, warehouses, and logistics & distribution facilities. The same is true of service facilities such as hospitals, casinos, hotels, office buildings, schools and even prisons. These facilities range in size from square feet to 8-million square feet. The common denominator at all these above facilities is people. Thus, people or communication skills are the most important skill to possess. I have excellent communication skills and I have no fear of public speaking. I have worked with a wide range of personalities and workers, from the blue-collar employee to the fortune 500 CEO. I can communicate equally well with all. I am equally comfortable in a horse barn, factory floor or a boardroom. I enjoy interacting with people and accomplishing goals through training. Whether it is through one on one training at a facility, or classroom training, I find accomplishing the goal extremely rewarding. I have reached a point in career where I am interested in a position that is very interactive with people. I would like to be a part of your team, to contribute to your organization. Ultimately, I am enthusiastic about entering this next phase of my career. I feel that my experiences have equipped me with a great deal to offer my next employer and I am excited to begin.
