About Paul Murphy

My HVAC journey began in 2002, when I learned from my father in our family business. With a natural mechanical aptitude and passion for cutting-edge HVAC technologies, I excelled in the field. Over the years, I became certified in specialized areas and advanced to roles like Service Manager and Production Manager, managing multi-million-dollar projects. In 2021, I proudly took on the position of Division Manager of Advanced Air Systems, where I led the division to record-breaking revenues and profitability. I expanded our customer base, securing long-term relationships with key clients, and grew our service and project capabilities to take on larger and more complex HVAC installations, retrofits, and mechanical system upgrades. Under my leadership, we optimized operations, improved efficiency, and successfully positioned the company as a leader in commercial HVAC solutions. At the beginning of 2025, I stepped into the role of Vice President and Mechanical License Qualifier for Advanced Air Systems, further solidifying my leadership in the industry. Alongside my career growth, I'm dedicated to mentoring new talent in the HVAC trade. My journey reflects my commitment to excellence and positively impacting the industry.
