About Paul Neale

Paul has been consulting clients involved in major civil and criminal legal disputes for over 30 years. He has provided trial strategy consulting on some of the largest, most complex and high profile litigations in recent history. Paul has also served as a testifying expert in state and federal courts and arbitral hearings. He was a testifying expert in the seminal case involving the use of predictive coding software, Da Silva Moore v. Publicis Groupe, and advised the plaintiffs regarding this same issue in the widely-followed Safety Kleen Products litigation. He has worked with investment banks, mutual funds, private equity firms, hedge funds, insurers and individuals involved in many of the regulatory, civil and white collar criminal cases stemming from the dotcom bubble, the assault on Wall Street, the 2008 financial crisis, insider trading/market timing investigations, the Madoff fraud, among many others. As CEO and Chairman of DOAR, Paul leads the company’s executive team, manages investor relations and defines the company’s growth strategies including M&A activities, expansion into new regions and the development of new methodologies and technologies. He led the 2014 management buyout of Veronis Suhler Stevenson’s ownership interest in DOAR and many other business transactions over the past 18 years. He has successfully built one of the country’s most prominent, successful and respected trial consulting firms and works with other executives and Managing Directors to ensure that DOAR continues to earn and maintain its reputation for excellence, dedication and innovation. As the CEO of WIT Legal, LLC, the world's leading expert witness agency, Paul oversees the company's market strategy, manages the executive team and defines the core values of the company to protect its brand and employees. Prior to DOAR, Paul was a principal at Global Document Imaging in Philadelphia, worked in the Office of Regional Counsel at the EPA (Region and managed large scale environmental litigation matters at two of Philadelphia’s most prominent environmental law firms. He is graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
