About Paul Ng

Having graduated with a 2:1 honours degree, I was keen to apply that academic learning directly to the family business within the Food & Drink industry. Our company, Evergreen, has been in the family for over three decades. It has been a continual learning process for us all and we have gained valuable knowledge of the industry. The company has built a solid foundation over the years, getting to know its customers from the beginning; forging a strong relationship with the residents, businesses and organisations within the Fast forward to today. Today the founders of the organisation, my parents, are embarking on an exciting new adventure in retirement. As with any life-decision such as this, its always an emotional time; I know they feel sad saying farewell after all this time and their message:"To all our customers. Thank you. We wiill miss you!" So today, for the very first time, Evergreen is now under New Management. My personal role within the organisation is to consult with the new company owners about all aspects of the business, in addition to normal management responsibilities. However, presently I have a strong desire for career development; to further develop my skills in a management capacity. And this desire has led me to choose a new career path, to find a new, challenging arena. I believe additional courses would complement learning efficacy, so choosing the right course is a priority.
