About Paul Odonovan

My job involves real people and real problems - pre-empting those problems and walking with them in the issue is my daily mission. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering the desired outcomes by building amazing internal and external networks and quickly adapting to new learning. Joining the dots and bringing people together is what makes me tick! My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: • I put the people at the centre of all that I do. • I stay calm when faced with adversity and approach everything with assumed confidence. • I love to win, but helping my colleagues win gives me greater satisfaction. • I am constantly striving to refine myself because I never settle. • My gut instinct guides me but I’m not afraid to question it. • I enjoy very deeply meeting new people and hearing new perspectives I’m best known at work for my ability to talk about any random subject at length, a skill I’ve picked up from being an incessant reader and conversationalist. I love presenting, I love getting a laugh or a smile from people listening and I’m at home on conference calls and meetings. The strangest thing about me?
