Paul is part of the sales and acquisitions team, which services our existing and future boutique developers with a strong focus on identifying and sourcing broad acre parcels of land in all the major growth corridors. With a career in real estate spanning in excess of 15 years, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in most areas of sales & acquisitions including a good understanding of growth corridors, structure plans, zonings, development levies, holding costs, sales rates and various other factors incorporated in the development process. His expertise has helped secure development sites in Langwarrin, Gisborne, Benalla, Hastings, Drouin, Koo Wee Rup, Carrum Downs & Bendigo. Being part of Latitude allows us to offer a development sales department which specializes in: Private Treaty Sales, Tenders, Auctions, Expressions of Interest campaigns and Joint Ventures.
