About Paul Oreilly

I started my working career 20 years’ ago as an electrician, and have continued to build and grow my skills and experiences, working across a variety of industries and progressing into supervisory positions. I gained 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager with Phasor Maintenance, before moving to my current role as a Lead Electrical Technician with CBRE, Dublin. I have a passion for expanding my knowledge, and have secured a Degree in Property and Facilities Management. I am currently responsible for building and electrical maintenance and hard services across four different sites, including Leadership in the Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building. I have extensive experience in operational management, Budget Management and Policies and Procedures. I have developed strong leadership skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable me to work effectively with sub-contractors and clients. I pride myself on my ability to deliver exceptional results – there is nothing better than that feeling of achievement on completion of a job well done!
