About Paul Pallada

Paul is a seasoned, certified ICT program manager boasting a comprehensive skill set across various methodologies and frameworks, including MSP practitioner, Prince II practitioner, Agile Scrum Master II, and SAFe Agilist. Additionally, he holds expertise as a Lean consultant, certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and an Enterprise Architect with TOGAF certification. With a deep understanding of risk management as an M_O_R practitioner and proficiency in ITIL service management as an ITIL practitioner, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to any project. With over two decades of leadership experience, Paul has successfully spearheaded complex international programs encompassing both software development and infrastructure. Currently serving as the ICT Program Manager for the carve-out of two new companies from DSM, a Dutch chemical company, Paul leads the establishment of new data centers, networks, servers, application migrations, and the implementation of ITSM processes. Prior to his role at DSM, Paul served as the Program Manager for all infrastructure projects across ministries of the Flemish government, overseeing the transition of servers from notable companies and the setup of Atos data centers globally. Paul's portfolio includes leading the design and implementation of significant projects such as the Schengen entry system and blockchain applications for Deutsche Bank. He has also managed software development programs for Dutch telecommunication companies, banks, and various organizations, adeptly navigating both waterfall and Agile methodologies. Notably, Paul has a proven track record of successfully managing high-stakes programs with multi-million Euro budgets under tight deadlines without compromising quality or team morale. He is accustomed to collaborating with diverse international teams across Europe, Asia, and America, fostering strong relationships with project managers through tailored coaching and support. With a global work history spanning the USA, Canada, Spain, UK, Belgium, and France, Paul is fluent in English and Spanish.
