About Paul Phillips

A Chartered Surveyor for over 12 years, I worked at Nash Bond as an Associate Director within the Lease Advisory team for 10 years before joining #Gentian Management Services as Head of Estates within their #healthcare #retail portfolio. Within my role at Gentian I will be managing the estate of over 100 properties within 25 #NHS Trusts and providing advice on #development and #sustainability opportunities (#waste-to-#energy) within the existing portfolio, as well as the acquisition of new business. My specialisms include providing structured strategic advice on rent reviews, lease renewals and regears, as well as asset and estate management. I draw upon my all-round experience, contacts and knowledge to achieve the best results for my clients which have included prime London estates and large funds. I recently undertook the APC accessor course and sat on my first panel in Spring 2020. This was to enhance my skills in mentoring graduates during my role as their APC Supervisor.
