I'm a positive, outgoing Wisconsin native with small town values, discipline for getting things done right and courageously tackling life's challenges. I feel fortunate for all the opportunities I've been given throughout my life, and am passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential. I believe that learning is lifelong and that the best approach is to first focus on developing oneself in order to be able to help lead and develop others. My background is in mechanical engineering and thinking analytically comes natural. I'm a big believer in "listening," not just to what the five main senses bring, but also to what I'm being called to do in what I believe is a relatively short lifetime. Not every experience has been wonderful.however the most difficult experiences have enabled me to mature and expand my capabilities. I've been fortunate to have good mentors, and have realized the more I Iearn, the more there is to learn. This humble approach has earned me respect among family, colleagues, customers and friends, as well as the responsibility to partner with and help lead some of Cornerstone's most strategic accounts. I'm a firm believer in excellence (not perfection) as the key to success and am looking forward to being able to have even bigger impacts on the world before my complete story is written.
