I live for “Aha!” moments. Working for Bonal, allows me to share those moments on a regular basis. It is what I love most about what I do. When I share with a client our ability to stress relieve a metal such as 304 stainless steel without altering the mechanical properties of that metal and they machine a challenging 304 part perfectly in tolerance for the first time – That is an “Aha!” moment. When I watch a welder utilize my Meta-Lax for the first time on a hinge and the dowel holes stay aligned for the first time ever – That is an “Aha!” moment. I enjoy having a product or service I believe in and spending my days figuring out who it could best benefit? There are few things I enjoy more than when business relationships begin to function on a more personal level and I get to share my message person to person. As the Regional Sales Director at Bonal Technologies, my focus is on harnessing strategic thinking and business development skills to expand our reach in the metal fabrication and aerospace sectors. Leveraging over a decade of experience at Bonal Technologies, my efforts have resulted in securing key clients such as NASA and BAE. My efforts have directly contributed to the quality improvement of products like cars, aircraft and tooling to everyday weld repairs on an assembly line - not to mention, reducing a companies carbon footprint and costs. In collaboration with a dedicated team, we’ve tackled distortion challenges in exotic metals, enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
