Paul Pittman is the founder and advises both public and advisory boards, executive teams, and founders on executive reward, talent management strategies, ownership transition, M&A and other transactions, governance, and global employment strategies. Paul's pre-Human Well career was with Alcan, RJR Nabisco, Japan Tobacco, Massey Ferguson, and Laidlaw where he led teams in multi-billion, multi-country M&A, integration, and global rationalization projects and was a national partner at Mercer and Anderson. He is a former member of the Conference Board of Canada's Council of Human Resources Executives and speaks at conferences around the world with articles on human resource issues published internationally. He has lived in the UK, Canada (Quebec and Ontario), and Switzerland and worked extensively in many other parts of the world and is currently located in Toronto. He is an accountant by training.
