About Paul Posea

9+ years in Sales, ranging from telecommunications industry, chemical additives and now Cloud and Cyber security solutions, with a proven track record of delivering under pressure, overachieving quotas and cultivating growth. At my best I am in a Strategic Sales role, driving the numbers or a purpose-driven team that is working together to develop a long-lasting brand that improves the lives of its customers. If I had to describe myself in three words they would be, “Hard worker & driven”. As a Sales person, I have adapted into different environments and managed through their professional/personal ups and downs. I’ve been a hard worker newbie but also mentored a few ones into rock stars and developed myself along the way. My efforts have been also paid off, winning multiple awards in several organizations. My philosophy in life and at work is simple: “If you are to do something, do it in the best way you can.”
