About Paul Powers

Organizations succeed when they align purpose, people, and performance. I’ve seen this not as an abstract principle, but as a lived reality on pool decks across the worl, in the hum of a manufacturing line, and in boardroom conversations that shape the future of a business. My work has focused on operational transformation: not merely improving processes, but equipping people to lead and sustain meaningful change. Advising frontline teams and partnering with executives has consistently shown that trust and clarity are the engines of durable success. This belief, shaped by experience and rooted in my Christian faith, informs both how I work and why I work. Capital, when stewarded well, can be a force of renewal for companies, communities, and people often overlooked in transactional models of value creation. I now begin my MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. My focus is private capital: not as an end in itself, but as a platform to support enduring, values-aligned enterprise. I’m particularly drawn to operationally focused firms in the industrial, energy, and real economy sectors, where long-term partnerships, not short-term wins, define success.
