About Paul Prentice

I am a Real Property Appraiser by trade with approximately 13 years of experience in the valuation space. A seasoned managerial professional, I have been able to apply these skills to develop a well rounded skill set with the ability to adapt to a variety of situations and am proficient in may aspects of efficiency. My valuation experience ranges from owner of a real estate appraisal company to development of specialized valuation products to Appraisal Management Company (AMC) management. While I have great respect and admiration for my trade, my passion is basketball which I have had the opportunity to participate at within various levels. Currently, I am developing a pension of coaching this great sport and working with children of all ages to share my knowledge of the game and expose them to the many lessons that I have learned by participating in the sport.
