As a seasoned Chief Information Officer (CIO) with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to any situation, I have spent more than half of my life (25+ for those working the numbers) leading and driving technology initiatives that propel businesses toward success in today's ever-evolving business landscape. With my latest love, I have given a relentless commitment to harnessing the power of technology to solve complex challenges in the under-appreciated market of Commercial Refrigeration, for in my opinion, a company that has no bounds and where everyone will legitimately want to be a part of. Whether it's optimizing infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity measures, or championing data-driven decision-making, I thrive on architecting solutions that empower teams and drive measurable results with cost effective solutions. As my mentor always says take care of the customer and the rest falls into place. Well that is what we do, and what I really love to do is to build for what will give the most value to our customers. For me sometimes that is just providing data or efficiency measures, empowering our workforce to be the best as they already are, sometimes it’s just…well figuring out what is next to disrupt the industry and bring value. My basic advice for all is to work for a purpose-driven company and I think the rest just naturally will work itself out which I love to do day in and out. My expertise extends to software architecture having been the driver and sometimes lead on delivering elegant solutions and creating IT strategies for overarching business objectives. I believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, empowering my teams to stay at the forefront of technological advancements. I am adamant to be involved in our solutions because I love being part of that collaboration of using our skills and tech to really make a difference to someone and am very particular to our messaging.I strive to build relationships in the tech community and exchange insights with like-minded professionals.
