Meet Paul I’m an enthusiastic professional leader and manager with 35 years of experience drawn from the private sector (SME, Defence prime contractor, Corporate), as well as Government. These experiences give me an in-depth understanding of the organisational behaviours, motivators and success factors both within, and more importantly, between the private and public sector. I have a proven track record in leadership, strategic thinking, fostering inter-organisation collaboration, stakeholder relationships and developing global supply chains.
